Rose Garden is certified by the New Jersey Department of Health to provide care for both Medicare and Medicaid recipients. In addition, we work with private insurance plans who offer rehabilitative or long term care insurance provisions.

Our Admissions Director is Kelly Zeitler. Kelly is available Monday through Friday to answer all of your admission questions. Kelly knows that the admission process can be stressful and that families are oftentimes overwhelmed. She is there to walk you through step by step to make it as easy as possible.

During evening hours and weekends, our evening receptionist, is more than happy to assist you. Tours are always available for you to see firsthand what Rose Garden has to offer your loved one.

Many of our referrals come directly from the hospital. However, we also accept referrals from the community or from other long term care facilities. Kelly can answer any questions you may have regarding the admission process.
