Rose Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center takes pride in the fact that our guiding philosophy is the Golden Rule, “treat others as one wants to be treated.” We affectionately refer to it as “The Rose Garden Way”. Our facility in Toms River, NJ is warm and inviting ensuring that one’s stay is both productive and comfortable. Rose Garden is an owner-operated nursing home & rehabilitation center specializing in subacute care. The owner, Mr. Andrew Shawn, has been an Administrator for over 35 years and holds a Masters Degree in Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His passion for the treatment of residents and staff is only rivaled by his love for singing and entertaining. He can often be found singing to seniors during the frequent events held at the nursing home.

Our Nursing Department is overseen by Mrs. Dinaz Bengali. While new to the skilled nursing team, she is accomplished in her field and is committed to the values Rose Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation upholds. Rowena Aguinaldo B.S.N. M.D.S. works with Dinaz Bengali as our Clinical Care Admin ensuring proper care is always given at the nursing facility.

Our Rehabilitation center is comprised of seasoned professionals who have a depth and range of knowledge and skills spanning many years of experience in physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The individual care plan is designed to meet specific post-operative and orthopedic needs to achieve the goal of independence and returning home.
