Living out of state, it is a comfort to know that my parents are taken care of. My dad has been at Rose Garden since the summer of 2016, and although my mom is not a resident there, the staff all treat her like family and keep an eye out for her wellbeing. The staff and administration are always accessible and willing to listen to any concerns and rectify any issues. I would highly recommend Rose Garden to anyone needing skilled care.
My Mom has been a resident for over a year now, I could not be happier that we chose The Rose Garden. The facility is maintained impeccably, the nurses, aides and others could not be more loving and caring. The owner, Mr. Shawn, is at the facility quite a bit and is very approachable. The dining area allows the residents to feel as if they are dining in a restaurant. There is always some type of entertainment or festivities at this facility. Most importantly the residents are cared for very well .
I just wanted to say thank you to Rose Garden. I was recently inquiring about the facility for a family member and the admissions director couldn’t have been nicer. She not only answered all my questions, but she answered questions I didn’t even know to ask. The rest of the staff was very nice and welcoming as well. If the need for a facility arises in the future, I’ll know exactly where to go. Great job!
Every person here from maintenance to the owner address any concerns or requests in an efficient and timely manner. The administration members Kelly and owner Mr Shawn are a pleasure to work with The social workers Trish and Meghan attend to any concerns rapidly and compassionately The nurses and aides are all caring and have the best interests of the residents at heart the women on Activities are beyond great my relative has flourished in this setting and we could not be happier
