Reporting Policy
It is the policy of Rose Garden to encourage and establish open lines of communications in support of the Compliance and Ethics Program. Rose Garden has in place an investigative referral form for any employee, agent, contractor or other who would like to report any situation that is believed may be a violation of company policy or guidance provided within the Compliance and Ethics Program.
- You are permitted to report on matters anonymously via the Rose Garden Compliance Reporting Form. You may choose to be anonymous or can identify yourself and provide contact information.
- The Compliance and Ethics reports will be kept confidential to the extent practical. Disclosure of identity may be required by law, or may be necessary in order to enforce Rose Garden policy.
- Matters reported through the Compliance and Ethics report that suggest substantial violations of compliance and ethics polices or federal healthcare program statutes and regulations shall be documented and investigated to determine their validity.
- The Compliance & Ethics Officer or their designee shall review records and information periodically to make sure that those who report suspected misconduct are not the victims of retaliation or other improper conduct.
- The Compliance and Ethics Officer does not have the authority to unilaterally extend confidentiality, protection, or immunity from disciplinary action or prosecution to anyone who has engaged in misconduct.
