Join the only “5 Star Skilled Nursing Facility” in Toms River and receive one month of paid training and specialized certification programs. Rose Garden has initiated an exciting new program geared towards new nurses that will provide intense training and education to prepare you as a competent nurse working in a skilled nursing facility.

Paid training will be offered in the fall of 2020 for those who qualify. Rose Garden is offering this unique opportunity to a select few graduate nurses who are looking for full time employment and are able to work immediately after graduation and obtaining a license.

Applicants with pending NCLEX results are eligible for enrollment.

If chosen for employment you will be part of a select small group where you will work and receive instruction from the nurse mentor. During your training you will receive Infection Prevention Certification and IV Certification. You will also be trained in wound care and electronic medical records.

We have structured our nursing staffing in 12 hour shifts from 7a-7p or 7p-7a.Full-time employees, working three shifts per week and every other weekend, are eligible for our full benefit package, including paid vacation, personal, sick time and paid holidays.

Rose Garden will provide weekly, onsite Covid testing at no cost!

We offer competitive hourly rates and a generous benefit package, including medical and dental benefits and 401k. Supplemental benefits can be purchased though Colonial Life and AFLAC.
